Our Mission

Through the combined effort of staff, students, parents, and the community, John F. Hartranft will educate, empower, and enable all students to become caring, lovers of learning that are equipped to succeed and lead in the world of today and tomorrow. We promote teaching by example, working together, and appreciating multicultural diversity amongst all students and staff.

We are committed to meeting the social development needs of our students through the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS). We are committed to using assessment data and ongoing professional development to ensure knowledgeable and intentional instruction. Through staff collaboration and the development of meaningful relationships with parents and community partners, all of our students will develop the academic and social skills necessary to become leaders and productive citizens.
